Your Data

In order to request the removal of your data or to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) or Data Processing Objection Request (DPOR), please send an email to data@mysoftwaregroup.co.uk and a member of the team will assist you with your request.

We may ask for a form of valid government ID to prove that it is you who is requesting your data.

If you are requesting an account deletion, please note that all deleted accounts are completely unrecoverable once the process as been started. All accounts are deleted within 3-7 working days of receiving a request to delete.
