Data Removal

In order to remove your data from our servers, send us an email to info@mysoftwaregroup.co.uk with the following information:

- Account Company Name.

- Account Email Address.

- Account Full Name.

- App you wish the account to be removed from.

- Account Phone Number.

You must be the full owner of the account and all the above information must match in order to request its deletion. All deleted accounts are completely unrecoverable once the process as been started. All accounts are deleted within 48hrs of receiving a request to delete.
